Dr. Krista Abbott

Dr. Krista Abbott has spent decades at the intersection of prophetic ministry, strategic leadership, and the written word. She served as Director of Operations and Product Development for InLight Connection from 2015 to 2023, working closely alongside InLight founders Doug & Linda Addison to build the books, courses, prophetic training programs, and spiritual content that has reached hundreds of thousands of people around the world.
She is not someone who learned this message from the outside. She was formed by it. Her years alongside Doug moved her out of a performance-based relationship with God and into something far freer and far truer. That transformation is the foundation of everything she teaches.
Prior to her time at InLight she was on staff at a large multi-cultural church. Subsequently, Krista has served many international ministry clients across digital marketing, product creation, writing, publishing, radio, and television. As Executive Producer and host of Destiny Talk Radio and InspireWithFire.tv, she brings decades of experience helping people discover and step into their God-given assignments.
She holds an earned Doctorate of Theology and is and is a fully ordained minister with ICCM and Joan Hunter Ministries. She is certified trainer, speaker, and coach with the John Maxwell Team, as well as a Certified Kingdom Life Coach and Certified 100X Kingdom Entrepreneur.
Krista is widely known for her prophetic writing and teaching and is honored to serve the InLight Connection community through this season to carry Doug's message forward with the same heart and spirit it was built on.

Doug and Linda Addison are the founders of InLight Connection. Doug was a prophetic speaker, author and coach best known for his Spirit Connection podcast and blog and Daily Prophetic Words. He and his wife Linda made home in Los Angeles, California where they impact the arts, entertainment and media industries.
Over the past twenty years, Doug Addison has been a cutting-edge prophetic leader, dream interpreter, entrepreneur, life coach, consultant and trainer. He is a leading authority in the area of destiny achievement to educational institutions, professional associations and religious organizations.
Doug graduated to heaven in January 2026 and while he is greatly missed, we know he is enjoying his eternal reward with Jesus. Linda continues to reside in Los Angeles directing the future of InLight Connection.
In March 2026, Linda appointed Dr. Krista Abbott Interim Ministry Lead to help serve the InLight Connection community through this transitional season.
